- Farmland for Sale + Management

We sell these farm plots to individuals who are passionate about owning farmland.

But we don’t just sell — we support new landowners: we can handhold them at the grassroots level, helping them run the farm.

- Current Project — Dhatu Farm

Our flagship project is Dhatu Farm, located in Kanakapura.

It’s 2.12 acres single boundary, and is built on permaculture / natural farming principles.

Infrastructure includes a 1 BHK farmhouse, cattle shed, pond system, vegetable gardens, and more.

Vegetation: 200+ fruit plants across ~80 varieties; 100+ tissue-culture plants; forestry trees like teak, mahogany, neem, gliricidia, coconut, etc.

Prioritizes soil health (humus, organic matter) and biodiversity(diverse plant species).

Aims for a low-carbon model by minimizing external chemical inputs, using natural processes.
