A question for everyone here who wears a band, watch, or Whoop:
What’s the ONE metric you actually check and change your day around and which ones do you completely ignore?
I ask because I’m building in this space, and the more users I talk to, the more I think the problem was never “not enough data.” It’s that almost none of it converts into a decision. My sleep score is low - okay, so what do I do differently today? No app answers that.
Genuinely curious what cuts through for the people here. What do you trust, and what’s just noise on a dashboard?
