Sleep and the jello between the ears

We instinctively know a poor diet brings bad sleep.

Yet we are ignoring a signature - our sleep is poor. This is new - wasn’t happening when we were kids.

Every top athlete knows that sleep is the key to maximize workplace efficiency.

Before you defend your diet - pause and reflect that diet is what our bodies can absorb. Not what we put in it.

I think just thinking about sleep as recharging batteries for the next day helps a lot. To be able to focus until late in the day is a function of how much rest your body gets the day before. So sleep early and get 7-8 hours of sleep, helps massively to be focused for longer the next day.

I’m curious to know what those bottles on your website are
