Patherle: multilingual AI for MSMEs that want more output with less overhead

Sooo I’m building www.patherle.com (means to speak in tulu! more you know) for the people who run the business, not the software - aka the less tech oriented but still want the outcome without the interface / flows feeling like navigating the matrix.

It’s a multilingual multichannel AI customer-engagement layer for MSMEs. The same business can answer on WhatsApp, web chat, Instagram DM, Telegram, and voice (still in the r&d phase), in the language the customer actually prefers (stretching to a support of over 70 languages, including over 20 in India for text based and over 12 for voice based - thank you Sarvam).

Under the hood it grounds replies in the business’s own docs, catalog, and policies, so it feels useful instead of generic. Set up is quite straightforward, upload files in multi format or just scrape your websites data, with a click sorts. Everything the platform is made to be “lazy” yet deliver immense value while handholding sector agnostic business owner (ps deepseek v4 pro makes ai compute cheap as apeanuts)

What I care about most is simple:

  • keep it cheap enough for small teams
  • keep humans in the loop when the answer matters
  • make it work across languages without adding operational drama
  • let operators get the result without needing to become AI people

The interesting part is not “we added AI” - it’s making the whole customer journey feel lighter, guided at each nook & cranny for teams that are already stretched thin or better for the mom & pop shop or the solo business owners, across the world, not just India. There is a tiered system for bigger teams and multilingual small mom and pop shops in mangaluru and in tenerife in spain, sector agnostic.

If you’re building for MSMEs, I’d love feedback on where language, follow-up, or support still breaks down most often.

best,
