I may not be a technologist who can fix the App code, but I can definitely help fix your body code.
We’ve all been there – waiting for food while hunger takes over. Suddenly, every small thing starts annoying you. The delay turns you into someone you don’t recognize – irritated, restless, or just plain hangry!
The good news? You can manage this frustration by understanding how hunger affects your emotions.
Here are 3 types of hunger frustration – which one sounds like you?
1️. The Emotional Overload – Snapping at loved ones over small things? A minor delay feels like the end of the world. Slow down - deep breaths (try the 4-7-8 method: inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8).
2️. The Impulse Reaction – Furious? Calling customer support or canceling your order in a rage? Pause for 30 seconds before reacting.
3️. The Quiet Agitation – You don’t explode, but inside, you’re steaming. Play calming music
Recognizing your hunger type is the first step to staying balanced.
I tend to be an Emotional Overload Type – what about you?
