There is a low hanging fruit with regards to cleaner air at least in the north of India . The exacerbation of poor air quality comes from burning chaff and heating homes using wood during the winter months .
biogas is a solution , but I have an added incentive to monetise the biogas further, which is a positive feedback loop for the farmer to supply chaff to the biogas feeder instead of burning it .
The help needed is not for capital but government support on two important parts of this project (which I would not like to discuss publicly here) that create the incentive structure for the farmer .
Who can connect me to some high up decision maker in the govt who is interested in clean air .
This feels like a cabinet level person who would probably understand and be willing to listen to the idea and at the same time have the ability to pull strings to move it forward.

One thing I realised in the research around Biogas was the unrealistic expectations of the customers themselves. The consistency, availablity also plays a part in continuous usage. Add to it the necessity to maintain the setup.
Akshayakalpa uses biogas across lots of their farmer households through Sistema biogas setup. The constant handholding and support has helped uptick of adoption.
