We are building a customer/consumer facing team and are looking for Marketing Operation Head- Mid level position (WFH)
Role:

You are an interface between marketing agency, market research team, tech team, founding team, finance controller, digital marketing and brand strategy experts’ team to ensure every campaign meets the set guidelines by tracking analytics.

This role is essential for supporting the marketing team and ensuring that marketing operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
-
Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will author campaign briefs, track readiness and partner with internal team to activate campaign briefs. Manage important campaign milestone deliverables and lead on multi-channel campaign execution.

Partner Management: Develop strong relationships with agencies, production partners, consultants and other important external partners. You will lead the brand asset production and management.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to measure the success of campaigns and suggest improvements. You will track campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and IT teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.

Technology Management: Manage marketing tools and platforms, ensuring they are used effectively to support marketing activities.

Creative Execution: Create brand guidelines and ensure consistency creative executions.
Requirements:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Learning attitude is important

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management or a similar role. Work experience of building from ground zero will get preference over years of experience in stable large companies.

Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems), and excellent communication abilities. Excellent Organizational Skills. Experience managing external agencies and production partners. Ability to objectively judge creative (excellent copywriting skills & a strong eye for design). Experience working in CONTENT brands is a bonus.
