‘Hadha autocare’
The top 10% multiple category vehicle owners still have to juggle around multiple apps/service centers for their two and four wheeler servicing, with limited transparency and no incentive on conditioning it right from insurance premium to secondary market valuation.
Current vehicle service aggregation startups are inefficiently targeting niche segments splitting two and four wheeler focus as shared tech and operations affect unit economics, while users juggle around, I believe the opportunity to gain significant market share is high by incorporating a customer centric approach.
Articulating a vehicle’s condition by building a vehicle information system dashboard in the app which shows the service history, latest life percentage of tyre, battery, wear and tear parts, etc and ‘hadha score’ which is a consolidated score given to the vehicle representing its overall condition.
Empowering owners to maintain good Hadha score by aggregating service centers based on benchmarks and installing CCTV in the service bay for real time monitoring, increasing transparency and trust.
Incentivizing the vehicle conditioning based on the Hadha score by personalizing the insurance premium, keeping it inversely proportional to hadha score and better hadha score assists to demand fair valuation based on truth in the secondary market.
