# Why can't we have private individuals and private bodies tackle government tasks

I think DOGE has shown that governance can be efficient. Why can’t private organizations and individuals take on responsibilities like managing traffic, reducing corruption among traffic officials, and improving roads in Bengaluru?

Is anyone here a member of such an organization who can share insights or help?
